Terms of Service

1. Who may buy

You must be 18 or older. You confirm the payment instrument is yours and that you will not share credentials outside the connection limit of the plan you paid for.

2. What we sell

We sell time-limited access to an independent streaming service. We are not a licensed terrestrial, cable or satellite broadcaster and we do not sell another company’s branded product. Catalogue contents move with rights and availability. Marketing pages describe categories, not trademarks of third-party networks.

3. Activation

When a payment method we have enabled reports success — or, in this demonstration storefront, when checkout completes — we create a username and password and show them on My service. Bank transfers that remain unpaid are not activated.

4. Trials

A household may take one 6-hour trial after a 0.01 verification charge that is refunded automatically. We match email, phone, device fingerprint and network address. Abuse of the trial is grounds to refuse future service.

5. Acceptable use

• No resale or public exhibition of the stream.
• No sharing beyond the purchased connection count.
• No attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or attack the platform.
• No use of the service to infringe copyright.

6. Advertising traffic

A “Call now” control appears only when we can see a paid search or call advertisement parameter. Organic visitors are directed to checkout and written support.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
