Not for TeleTech to function. Use a VPN only if your own network or country filters the player. Our checkout may refuse known anonymised networks when that fraud control is on.

Only on Dual (2) or Family (3) terms. A standard plan is one active screen. Signing in on a second device will kick the first or fail.

No. Every term is prepaid. We remind you seven days before expiry on My service. Nothing is taken again unless you check out.

When an enabled payment method reports success, credentials appear on My service immediately. Bank transfers wait until they clear — except on this demonstration storefront, where they are auto-cleared so you can see the flow.

No. We are an independent streaming retailer. We do not operate a licensed terrestrial or satellite network and we do not put another company’s channel marks on this website.

Duplicate charges and activation failures on our side are refunded. Change of mind after credentials have been used is not. The full rule is on the Refund Policy page.

Yes — one 6-hour trial per household, after a 0.01 verification that we refund. We match email, phone, device and network so the same person cannot claim it twice.
