• Service usernames we issue to you.
• IP address, coarse geolocation, and a device fingerprint for fraud and trial controls.
• Messages you send through the contact form or chat hand-off.

Why

Contract performance, fraud prevention, regional pricing, and legal obligation. We do not sell personal data. Advertising platforms receive only the conversion signals you already consented to on those platforms.

Retention

Orders and tax-relevant records are kept for the period required by law. Trial fingerprints are kept long enough to stop repeat claims.
