What we do

We review complete notices, disable or remove material we control when the claim is substantiated, and tell the affected subscriber. Repeat infringers lose their account.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice that meets §512(g). We may restore access after the statutory period if the complainant does not file suit.
