Smart TVs — Google TV, Samsung, LG and more

What you need first

A TeleTech TV username and password from My service (paid term or 6-hour trial). The television must be on the same household broadband you will watch on. One active screen uses one connection — a Dual or Family term is required if the lounge and a bedroom will play at the same time.

Works on Smart TVs, Fire TV, Android, iOS, MAG & Computers [Mac n Win]. The television is just the glass. TeleTech does not ship a set-top box. You install a public player, then sign in with the credentials we issued.

Pick the right path for your set

Google TV / Android TV (Sony, TCL, Hisense Google editions, Chromecast with Google TV): install from the Play Store. This is the cleanest living-room path.

Samsung Tizen (most 2018+ Smart TVs): open Smart Hub and search the official store. If no compatible player is listed in your country, use a Fire TV Stick or Chromecast on HDMI 1. Do not sideload unsigned Tizen packages.

LG webOS: open the LG Content Store and search IPTV Smarters Pro. If the listing is missing in your region, use an HDMI stick. The username and password stay the same.

Hisense, TCL, Philips, Panasonic and other Smart TVs: if the set runs Google TV, follow the Google TV steps. If the set is a locked OEM store with no public player, do not fight the firmware — add a Fire TV Stick. That is faster and more stable than a custom APK.

Google TV and Android TV — step by step

TiviMate is the better daily driver on Android TV if you want a lean guide. Smarters is the wider device list. Both use the same TeleTech login.

1. On the television, open the Play Store (or Google Play Movies / Apps, depending on the OEM skin).
2. Search IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate. Install the official listing only.
3. Open the app, accept the first-run screens, and choose Xtream / portal login — not a local file.
4. Enter the portal URL, username and password shown on My service. Save the profile.
5. Wait for the electronic programme guide to load. Live TV is the first row. On-demand (films and series) is a separate tab or row.
6. If the guide is empty, check the credentials on My service before you reinstall anything. A mistyped password is the usual cause.

Samsung Tizen — step by step

We do not support unsigned Tizen packages, developer-mode sideloads, or jailbroken firmware. Those paths break on the next Samsung update and we will not recover them.

1. Press Home → Smart Hub → Apps.
2. Search for a compatible player. If Smarters or a similar portal player appears, install it from the official Samsung listing.
3. Open the app and add a user with the portal URL plus your TeleTech username and password.
4. If the store has no listing, stop. Buy or reuse a Fire TV Stick / Chromecast with Google TV, plug it into HDMI 1, and follow the Fire TV or Google TV guide instead.

LG webOS — step by step

Picture quality follows the contribution feed: HD and Full HD are the everyday baseline. UHD / 4K appears when the event supports it and your broadband can hold the bitrate. The television’s picture mode should be set to Game or a low-lag preset so live sport does not smear.

1. Press Home → LG Content Store.
2. Search IPTV Smarters Pro (the listing name can vary by country).
3. Install, launch, and add the Xtream / portal user from My service.
4. If the store listing is withdrawn in your country, use an HDMI stick. Do not install a random LG IPK from the web.

Picture, sound and 4K

Set the HDMI input to the highest format your stick and set both support (usually HDMI 2.0, 4K 60Hz). Turn off motion smoothing for sport. If a 4K event buffers, drop the player’s output to 1080p — the trial is the right time to learn what your last-mile connection will hold on a Saturday afternoon.

Audio: choose Passthrough / Bitstream if you have a soundbar, or Stereo if the TV speakers are all you have. Dolby tracks are not guaranteed on every channel.

When the Smart TV is the wrong tool

A locked store, a 2015 set with no app slot, or a hotel TV with no sideload path: use Fire TV, a Google TV dongle, an Android box, a MAG-style box, a phone, or a computer. Works on Smart TVs, Fire TV, Android, iOS, MAG & Computers [Mac n Win] — the subscription does not care which glass you pick. Only the connection count matters.

If it will not load

1. Confirm the term is still active on My service and that you did not type a capital O for a zero.
2. Restart the player, not the whole television, then the television if the guide is still empty.
3. Move the set onto 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet. 2.4 GHz plus a thick wall is the usual match-day failure.
4. If two rooms are playing on a one-connection term, the second screen will fail. That is expected.
