Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick
Sideload a player, then enter the credentials from My service.
Before you start
You need the Fire Stick on the same broadband as the television, a working Amazon account, and an active TeleTech TV username and password from My service. The stick itself is not a TeleTech product — it is just the glass we play on.
Install the official TeleTech TV app
This is the app we publish. You can still use TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro with the same login if you already have them.
- From the Fire TV home screen open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options.
- Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources. Confirm the warning. That prompt is Amazon’s sideload notice, not a malware alarm.
- Return home and search the Amazon store for Downloader. Install it.
- Open Downloader, type teletechtv.com/apps and download TeleTechTV.apk.
- Install it, open TeleTech TV, and enter the portal URL, username and password from My service.
If the lounge already has TiviMate or Smarters
If the guide is empty, the credentials were mistyped or the term has expired. Do not reinstall the stick — check My service first.
- Open that player from Your Apps & Channels.
- Choose Xtream / portal login (not a raw file).
- Enter the same portal URL, username and password shown on My service.
