Beginner: first evening with TeleTech TV
What arrives after payment, what to install, and what “one connection” means.
The three things we give you
After checkout or a trial, My service shows a username, a password, and an expiry time. That is the whole product. There is no set-top box in the post.
Pick one player
A player is just an app that knows how to talk to our portal. TiviMate is best on Android TV. Smarters is the most widely available. OTT Navigator suits people who want a dense phone layout. Install one, not four.
One connection
A Monthly or Annual term plays on one device at a time. You may install the app on several devices and sign in — the second screen will kick the first, or refuse to start, depending on the player. Dual and Family terms raise that limit to two or three.
