Android / Google TV: Play Store listing by WHMCS Smarters. Fire TV: Downloader with the official Smarters APK from iptvsmarters.com. iOS: search IPTV Smarters Player. Windows: the installer on the same site. Samsung / LG: the TV store when the listing exists.

If Live fills but Movies does not, the term is fine — reload VOD once. If nothing loads, the URL is wrong.
- Open the app and accept the terms.
- Choose Login with Xtream Codes API (wording varies).
- Any name, then portal URL, username, password from My service.
- Tap Add User and wait for Live / Movies / Series to appear.
